Design Contest Winner: Julia Jones

Shoutout to Julia Jones, aka @design.slush, the winner of our VegFest T-Shirt design contest! Julia’s design was a crowd favorite, beautifully incorporating our VegFest logo into a fun and fresh look for this year’s shirts.

Julia will be at Rochester VegFest 2024 sharing more about her freelance graphic design services. Be sure to stop by her booth to meet the creative mind behind our official T-shirt design!

Thank you, Julia! Check out more of her awesome work: www.julia-jones-design.com

Chicago Vegan foods – Dandies!

Thank you to Chicago Vegan Foods for sending us 200 sample packs of Dandies vegan marshmallows!

I bet you thought we couldn’t cram anything more into those SWAG bags but our donation coordinator Martha was undaunted by the challenge.  The remaining bags of marshmallows will be handed out as prizes around the festival, so try out the Feed-a-Vegan beanbag toss or check out the games at the new Teen Tent!

Foods Alive

We’re delighted to announce that our latest in-kind sponsor, Foods Alive, has donated some delicious samples of crackers AND organic and gluten-free nutritional yeast—a virtual “superfood” to us vegans!  Of course, we’re excited to hand them out at the Rochester VegFest this year!  Keep an eye out for them in the SWAG bags available to the first 100 people to give a $3 or more entry donation.

Simple Mills

Thank you to Simple Mills for donating crackers to our SWAG Bags!  These crackers, like all their products, will be made only with real-food ingredients – nothing artificial.

How do you get a SWAG bag?  The first 100 people to donate $3 or more entering VegFest will receive a free SWAG bag valued at $11.50 so far, and a raffle ticket worth $3.
