Are you a design student? An aspiring artist looking for a platform to showcase your talent? Or maybe you’re just a passionate plant-based eater who loves getting creative?
Enter our VegFest T-Shirt Design Contest for the opportunity to have your design featured on our official VegFest T-shirts. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want to see what you’ve got!
Design Requirements:
There are no specific creative requirements for your design; we simply ask that it reflect the values and spirit of our vegan community event and adhere to the following guidelines.
Size: 11” wide X 12” tall, max.
Colors: One- or two-color design. Solid, no gradients.
Originality: Only original designs accepted, no copyrighted materials.
File Format: Vector EPS, PDF, or AI formats. Hand-drawn entries not accepted.
Logo: No requirement to include our logo.
Exclusions: Please do not include the year of the VegFest.
Entry Limit: None, enter as many designs as you like.
Timeline:
June 20: Deadline for sending designs to jami@rocvegfestny.org
June 24: Top designs selected by the committee; posted on social media for public voting
July 1: Voting closes; winner selected
Prize: Winner receives a free t-shirt, design credit, and a choice of either a free vendor space in our upcoming 2024 Rochester VegFest, on Saturday, August 24, on Parcel 5 in downtown Rochester, or a gift card (details TBD).

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree that rights to the winning design will belong to Animal Rights Rochester (ARROC). By submitting your design, you grant ARROC the rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the winning design on tee shirts to be worn by volunteers and sold at the festival. Rochester VegFest is a joint project of ARROC and RAVS. All proceeds from the sale of these tee shirts will directly support the mission and activities of the organizations.
