We’re so happy that 21 Days of Love is creating new educational videos for a special Rochester VegFest #RocVeganVideoExpo session of their Vegan Kickstarter program, starting Monday.  Would you like to go vegan but would like support getting started?

21 Days of Love is a group on Facebook designed for those who are interested in giving veganism a try and learning a little more about it. Anyone interested agrees to commit to being vegan for three weeks. They will be teamed up with a mentor and be given access to daily videos with different topics about veganism including meal ideas. The program is free and welcomes everyone! Join and get ready to go!

We’ll be running the videos here every day tagged 21DaysofLove for those of you who aren’t on Facebook but would like to follow along.  If you need support off Facebook, ARRoc runs a free one-on-one coaching service.

Whole Abundance is based in Rochester and provides ongoing information and support to transition to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle.

Their new cooking demo is now available below!  They’re teaching us how to make Creamy Vegan Alfredo Two Ways: Fettuccine & Italian Nachos (whole-food, plant-based, no oil).  I made the pasta last night and it was great!

The Vegfest festival is currently POSTPONED to 2021

BUT… COMING THIS SEPTEMBER 2020

Rochester VegFest is presenting Roc Vegan Video Expo!

We’re working with chefs, vendors, and speakers to bring all-new local content to Rochester. Most content will be free!

Where?  When?  Watch our website or social media all through the month for cooking demos, vendor news, and even a few speakers! #RocVeganVideoExpo

2020 Rochester Vegfest is under the status of “Postponed” due to concerns around the Coronavirus situation. Although we are saddened by this postponement, we know it is the right thing to do, and we appreciate your understanding.
