General Sponsorship Guidelines
- Alignment: All promotional materials, imagery, messaging, and distributed products must align with Rochester VegFest’s vegan values. All content is subject to approval.
- Deadlines:
– T-shirt logo submission: June 5, 2026
– Event program ads/logos: July 1, 2026 - In-Kind Contributions: Opportunity to include samples, coupons, or promo items in raffles is encouraged for, but not limited to, cash sponsors. Anyone can contact us to donate.
- Placement: All benefits are subject to production timelines, space availability, and Rochester VegFest brand standards.
